🔒 Privacy Policy

When you use PeptideWise, we collect only the information needed to generate your research protocol and manage your account:

• Account info: email address, name, and (optionally) phone number.
• Health inputs: the answers you give in the protocol wizard — age, sex, weight, peptide goals, health conditions, medications, and experience level.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics (pages visited, features used) via Google Analytics cookies.

• Protocol generation: your goals, weight, and health answers personalize dosing and safety screening.
• Account management: signing in, saving plans, and syncing across devices.
• Reminders: if you opt in, daily dose reminders via Telegram.
• Improving the service: aggregated, anonymous analytics help us understand which features are useful.

We make these promises plainly:

• ❌ We never sell your personal data.
• ❌ We never share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
• ❌ We never use your data for advertising or sell it to ad networks.

We keep the provider list deliberately tiny. These third parties process limited data on our behalf, only to operate the service — they never receive your health answers for their own purposes:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, features used). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent banner; the data is aggregated and never linked to your account or health answers.
• Upstash (Redis) — managed database that stores your account record, saved plans, contact messages, and Telegram reminder links when you create them. All traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit.
• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Vercel serves the site, runs the serverless functions behind the protocol builder and AI chat, and stores the Upstash credentials referenced above.

Because PeptideWise LLC remains the controller of your data, you can always exercise your rights (below) directly with us — no provider stands between you and that.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and what features matter. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous; it is not linked to your account or health answers.

You can decline analytics cookies entirely with the banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. See our Terms of Service for the legal details.

If you are in the EU/EEA (or anywhere — we extend these rights to all users), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection & restriction — object to or restrict processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@peptidewise.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted upon request. All data in transit is TLS-encrypted; data at rest is encrypted by our providers. We apply the principle of data minimization — we collect only what the product needs to function.

This Privacy Policy and PeptideWise's processing of your personal data are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. PeptideWise LLC is the data controller responsible for that processing.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally keep the rights described in section 6 and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — nothing in this section limits those statutory rights.
